Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in Metro Atlanta that is looking to add an HR Generalist to their team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day HR administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, posting open positions, employee file maintenance, benefits administration including enrollment and handling all questions and issues, and 401k administration. Key responsibilities:
• Efficiently process all incoming and outgoing employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Oversee the posting of open positions, making sure they are visible and attract the right candidates.
• Maintain and update the HRIS system regularly to ensure accuracy of data.
• Administer benefits and 401k plans, ensuring employees are well-informed and their benefits are handled properly.
• Manage employee relations and compliance issues, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Handle FMLA requests and administer related procedures.
• Maintain accurate personnel files, updating them as necessary.
• Handle terminations professionally, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
• Provide general HR administration support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
